For status on your order, please make sure your email spam filter is set to allow emails from "Wacky Planet" ie
help@wackyplanet.com
If you have done that, check your receipt to make sure the email address you listed is correct.
If you have done the above, please allow 24 hours for email responses (we do them sooner if possible), otherwise for quicker response call at our toll free number 800-931-3337. If nobody is available to pick up the phone please leave a message with your order#, and first and last name to reference your order more quickly.
